People have lots of different feelings, which change all the time. There are lots of reasons why our feelings change or get stronger.
Anger
Is it always the same person who makes you angry?

The best thing to remember when you are feeling angry, is that the feeling will always go away. Try to find a quiet place and stay calm, take some deep breaths and talk to a friend or an adult. BE POSITIVE.
Fear

Everyone feels frightened at some time in their lives. Different people are frightened of different things. Some people are terrified of spiders, others keep them as pets, some people like the dark, others hate being alone. Being frightened and alone is horrible. Remember whatever you are scared of, there are always people to talk to who will help you. BE POSITIVE.
Loneliness and sadness
Have you ever been lonely? Why?
Have you ever felt really sad?
Is there someone special, who will listen to you when you are lonely or sad?
What could you do to stop this feeling?
Everyone feels lonely and sad at times. Even when you have lots of people round you, you can still feel like you haven't got a friend. It's important to have people who listen to you and who you listen to. BE POSITIVE.
A good thing to do if you feel lonely or upset, is to write a list of all the things you are good at.
